The Forensic Case Manager provides ongoing supports to Forensic clients to assist in the development of the client’s treatment plan, assessments and the provision of support in assisting FSP clients in locating, applying and maintaining appropriate housing as well as assisting individuals in applying for benefits such as SNAP, Social Security and other benefits or programs the Forensic client may be eligible for.

Intensive Case Manager (ICM)

Salary - $45,000 (plus over time pay) and incentive program

Purpose/Summary:
The Addictions Counselor is to provide all the basic counseling and case management services required by patients during their treatment experience. The Addictions Therapist is expected to carry out the philosophy of the Caron Treatment Centers in his/her daily work routine and to act as a catalyst in the therapeutic process of the patient’s treatment episode.

This position is responsible for providing case management services to drug and/or alcohol eligible clients so that a more satisfactory social, economic, emotional or physical living condition can be achieved and a drug/alcohol free lifestyle can be maintained. This may include providing case management services to specialized populations, including those involved in the Chester County Treatment Court.
