REQUEST FOR LETTER OF GOOD STANDING

This is for professionals who hold a certification with the Pennsylvania Certification Board who then apply to get the LPC. 

PCB does not issue these letters for employment verification. PCB does not certify nurses, CNAs, etc.

Only requests for Letters of Good Standing to be sent to licensing for LPC purposes or other credentialing organizations will be processed.

Do not fill out this form for any other purpose. All other requests should be sent via email to info@pacertboard.org. 

Please note: a $25 processing fee is required. You will be able to pay by credit card prior to submitting your request for a Letter of Good Standing. Requests submitted without payment will not be processed.
