-Provide ongoing support and knowledge about the different stages and obstacles of recovery.
-Provide services of outreach, individualized recovery support, and secured guidance.
-Integrating individuals into treatment, sober communities, and activities.
-Build positive report before, during, and after the individuals care to ensure successful sober journey.
-Encourage the gifts and accomplishments that sobriety brings.
-Understand the daily operations of the program to properly inform others.
-Provides guidance and education on the process of recovery.
-Have the ability to emphasize the importance of a sober future.
-Introduce individuals of the self-care methods that our program has to offer to their recovery path.
-Availability for recovery check ups and communication (via phone call, email, social media, etc.) for those who have completed the program and/or need assistance with admission
-Able to maintain steady, secure, and clear communication
-Encourages engagement in the recovery community
-Ability to navigate and update social media accounts daily
-Offers referrals to treatment services when applicable
-Interest in offering recovery ideas that will assist our population
-High School Diploma or GED
-Certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Computer and mobile device skills
