Responsible for a caseload average of 25 individuals. Offer peer support and guidance to Blair County residents struggling with addiction issues and/or co-occurring substance abuse. Encourage and identify educational and employment opportunities. Help individuals to build, or re-build, positive constructive relationships with family and in the community. Facilitate access to various community resources to ensure basic needs are met and recovery is stable.
The CRS is responsible to create their weekly schedule (37.5 hrs) according to client needs. Must be proficient in the use of a computer and time management. Charts and billing must be completed on time. Meeting with clients in the community, and attending recovery activities, require a current driver license and vehicle.
Current CRS certification, current driver license and personal vehicle required for position.
