Looking to mentor a counselor interested in working in a healthcare system to support recovery of patients diagnosed with alcohol-related liver disease. This position in a niche in the addictions field and could potentially move towards full time. The candidate should have the ability to work closely on a multidisciplinary team and assessing patients to determine candidacy for liver transplantation.
Group and individual counseling online.
Experience with assessment, treatment planning and DAP note writing.
Assist Lead counselor with administrative work
Case management assisting with hepatology patients connecting them with SUD treatment to prepare them for referral to alcohol-related liver transplant evaluation process.
Bachelors Degree is discipline of addictions
Working towards CADC or CADC
At least 1 year in addictions counseling experience
Experience conducting group and individual counseling sessions online using zoom platform
