Compensation is $17.38 per Hour with a $3,000 sign on bonus; $1,500 upon successful completion of 90 days, and $1,500 upon successful completion of 180 days, plus FREE parking.

The Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) supplies essential support to active program participants. Working in collaboration with adjunct providers and external agencies, CRS staff work individually with participants to complete screening activities, input relevant screening data to recovery data platform, support and inform the development of comprehensive Recovery Service Plans, manage a caseload of active program participants and provide ongoing recovery navigation and support services.

This position is responsible for providing case management services to drug and/or alcohol eligible clients so that a more satisfactory social, economic, emotional or physical living condition can be achieved and a drug/alcohol free lifestyle can be maintained. This may include providing case management services to specialized populations, including those involved in the Chester County Treatment Court.

This is a specialized position with the Single County Authority responsible for independently planning, developing, implementing and managing the delivery of comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment and case management services for the Chester County Treatment Courts. The position requires a high degree of interaction between the SCA/Case Management, the drug and alcohol treatment system and the treatment courts, specifically Drug Court and Recovery Court, including the Judge, District Attorney, Defense counsel, Bail Agency and Adult Probation.

Provide counseling with emphasis on prevention. Work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental and emotional health. May help individuals deal with issues associated with addictions and substance abuse; family, parenting, and marital problems; stress management; self-esteem; and aging.

The Substance Use Navigator is a Certified Recovery Specialist and member of a multidisciplinary team working to address the disease of addiction within treatment programs. The Substance Use Navigator will use their lived experience to initiate a recovery-oriented conversation with persons admitted to the ED and promote a safe non-judgmental engagement to explore treatment options. Will collaborate with treatment providers to ensure a warm handoff to treatment services they need to obtain and sustain recovery.
